Cancellation Policy

You are able to send us a cancellation notice online through your account. You can also call, text or email us directly.  Please keep in mind, that we DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT CARD REFUNDS once your card is charged and only give account credit if certain criteria are met.  

If your invoice has not been paid and you cancel with more than 3 days notice from the start of your appointment, you will not be charged for the appointment.

If you have paid your invoice and you cancel with more than 3 days notice from the start of your appointment, you will receive a full credit to your pet sitting account which will be automatically applied to your next invoice.  We do not provide credit card refunds.

If you are cancelling a service for today or tomorrow, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee for any visits on these days and receive a credit to your pet sitting account for the remainder of the appointment.

Once your appointment begins, there are NO CREDITS FOR EARLY RETURNS.

Major Holiday Cancellations: If you notify us less than 7 days before the start of the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Year's Day, you will be charged 50% of the total appointment.
 
There are no fees for extreme weather cancellations in our area.
